The Brief: Contracted to rescue the campaign with only 4 weeks until the event to boost ticket sales and awareness. Full PR, Marketing & Advertising Campaign to raise awareness amount the black community and mainstream media profiling for the first UK Edition of On Africa Music Festival at Wembley Arena with only 4 weeks to go.
The Solution: Turnkey solution and organic approach utilising key media contacts, influencers and regular event goers to launch the PR Campaign. Multiple press release dissemination and simultaneous and robust social media campaigns. Media buying and placements on Radio Stations including Capital Xtra and Various SKY Television, Metro and Evening Standards platforms for full coverage. Billboard, Street Posters and Flyer campaigns securing over 100 Media Partners, Multiple Sponsorships from food to technology with limited budget. We took over clients social media accounts and profiling, organised interviews in all major UK platforms from Youtube, Capitalxtra, MTV, BBC, Published airport pick-ups and announced every major miles stones with multiple press releases. Managed on screen sponsor/media partner walls and Production at the event.
The result: Media value at £350,000, Sold Out Event and Established UK Fanbase, media relationships and sponsors to enable a return to Wembley the following year. Positive reviews, repeat business with Organisers to promote One Africa New York and Dubai.
