The Brief: Empire were looking for a company that could elevate Olamide’s brand and position his new released album UY SCUTI in the UK Marketplace and increase His fanbase, listening audience and appeal to wider Uk audience.
The Solution: Maximum outdoor coverage within the label budget, the approach was to simultaneously work with the press release and the release date of UY SCUTI to ensure maximum coverage in the UK.
DLA organized a 4 weeks campaign displaying the album artwork on luxury public buses, designed brief, radio advertisement on London’s biggest radio station Capital Extra, and an iconic digital billboard in Leicester square unveiled in front of over 10,000 football fans, the first of its kind for an afrobeat artist.
The Result: We’ve been able to generate massive visibility for the London market and ultimately the global music lovers.
