The Brief: Consultation on the release of Dbanj single, Oliver Twist produced by Don Jazzy. Mr Are who managed D’banj at the time, consulted with Amanda (DLA) to support the single and provide a PR plan to promote the single on Radio and Mainstream Television.
The Solution: Developed a robust PR plan document from rollout to concert strategies. Inclusion in the Choice FM/Global compilation including submissions of day time radio playlist and MTV.
The Result: Whilst there were various platforms supporting the drive and release; we believe our submission to radio and tv lead to a Super playlist on day time making it the first Afrobeats single in history on Choice FM was instrumental in a achieving a top 10 CHART position and feature in Eastenders.
